Transmissions

Transmissions, an EP by Rith Banney, Pierre Henry, and Julia Kent is out now on streaming.

For over a year, Pierre Henry’s Son/Ré studio has been developing Concrete Connexion, a new series of original musical works built from previously unheard recordings preserved in his unique sound archive. The project invites artists from the international electronic and experimental music scenes to reinterpret and extend Pierre Henry’s sonic legacy.

The first release, Transmissions, is a four-track EP created by Julia Kent and Rith Banney, that transforms Pierre Henry’s archive into a new sonic dialogue where memory, texture, and movement converge.
